In this leadership role, you are an internal technical master at the line level who ensures the line team is performing at a level that sustains and improves business results on one or more of 6 stars model. You model priority setting, manage the plan-do-check- adjust cycle and provide coaching and training for your team.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in helping us change how the world snacks. You will operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets, understanding losses in your area and taking the appropriate action to eliminate them. You will use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development. In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed [e.g. safety maps, lock out tag out (LOTO) , behavior observation system (BOS) and root-cause analysis (RCA)], that quality assurance activities are performed to ensure zero harm and 100 percent good-quality products, and that resources are properly allocated and available during the shift. You will take the lead for shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.

* Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems
* Maintaining equipment at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (break-down maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment
* Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma including qualification of AM steps 5-6, and PM step 3
* Leading line teams
* Handling challenging interpersonal situations tactfully
* Influencing people in a union environment
* Communicating effectively verbally and in writing and good attention to detail
Ubicación: Planta Salinas Tipo de Puesto: Tiempo Completo, Presencial (100%) Horario: Turnos rotativos 4x4 (4 días de trabajo seguidos por 4 días de descanso). Los turnos son de 7:00 AM a 7:00 PM y de 7:00 PM a 7:00 AM.
Descripción del Puesto: Buscamos un/a Supervisor/a de Producción dinámico/a y experimentado/a para unirse a nuestro equipo en la Planta Salinas. Esta posición clave es responsable de liderar y supervisar las operaciones diarias de un área de producción crítica, asegurando la eficiencia, la calidad y la seguridad. El/la candidato/a ideal tendrá una sólida experiencia en manufactura y habilidades de liderazgo para gestionar un equipo numeroso y optimizar el rendimiento de la planta.
Responsabilidades Clave:
* Participar en reuniones diarias de equipo para revisar los resultados del turno anterior y planificar las actividades y prioridades del turno actual.
* Gestionar y verificar la asistencia del personal a cargo, así como el estado de las operaciones de la línea.
* Supervisar un equipo de aproximadamente 25 personas, incluyendo 19 técnicos y 3 auxiliares, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y de alto rendimiento.
* Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento y la operación de 27 equipos automáticos asignados al área.
* Coordinar la recepción y gestión de cajas corrugadas provenientes de 14 líneas de producción, garantizando un flujo continuo de materiales.
* Implementar y mantener estándares de seguridad, calidad y eficiencia en todas las operaciones del turno.
* Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en los procesos de producción.
Requisitos:
* Experiencia: manufactura o producción.
* Liderazgo: Experiencia comprobada en la gestión y supervisión de equipos de al menos 25 personas, con fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y empatía.
* Conocimientos Técnicos:
* Conocimiento y experiencia en la aplicación de la metodología TPM (Mantenimiento Productivo Total).
* Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión integrados.
* Experiencia práctica en mantenimiento planeado y autónomo.
* Conocimientos básicos en energía neumática y eléctrica.
* Idiomas: Inglés intermedio (capacidad para leer, escribir y mantener conversaciones básicas).
