Bachelor degree in foreign trade, international relations, business administration.
Advanced English Level

Experiencia Requerida
Years of experience on specific knowledge Preferably needs to have 2 years of experience in a Foreign Trade role. 2 years in IMMEX, Annex 24 & 30 management, certificate of origin.

Habilidades
Soft Skills Analysis capacity, problems resolution, action oriented, analytical thinking, effective communication, collaboration.

Technical Skills Advanced Excel skills, Annex 24 Customs Software, SAP, IMMEX, CIVA, OEA, Certificates of origin under International Trade Agreements.

Resumen
The Analyst, Compliance Imports and Exports is responsible for administrating the company's obligations under Mexico's foreign trade mechanisms and overseeing import and export operations to ensure compliance with internal policies, Mexican and international regulations, and applicable authority guidelines. This role safeguards the company from fines and penalties by aligning processes to maximize customs benefits, conducting origin analysis under international treaties to which Mexico is a party, and ensuring that all assets and transactions meet regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades
1 Evaluate different foreign trade scenarios that comply with the company needs by making a deep-dive analysis of the available trade schemes promoted by Authorities.

2 Administrate the Annex 24 and 30 of the Mexican entities operating under the IMMEX and VAT certification, by using the Software determined by the company.

3 Provide support to answer requirements from customs and fiscal authorities by gathering information from the operations and coordinating with other areas.

4 Perform monthly analysis that complement the administration of Annex 24 and 30, by managing the Data Stage file to perform the inventory comparison.

5 Develop cost innovation and process improvement projects to become a more cost efficient and agile area, by implementing automatizations, using lean six sigma methodologies, among others.

6 Elaborate and maintain updated written procedures and policies related to foreign trade activities to ensure business continuity and guarantee all foreign trade processes among plants are standardize.

7 Conduct origin analysis through the international treaties to which Mexico is a party.

8 Ensure that the company's fixed assets are properly administered in Annex 24 and 30, and that they comply with the electronic file requirements to guarantee their legal stay in Mexico.
