🔍 About the Role

You will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of BI solutions. Working with multi-functional collaborators, you'll translate business needs into reliable data models and intuitive dashboards-while adopting practices and learning from senior team members.

💡 What You'll Do

* Design, develop, and maintain BI assets: dataflow, semantic models, dashboards, and reports.
* Build high-quality data models and visualizations following UI/UX procedures.
* Collaborate with partners to define indicators, metrics, and reporting requirements.
* Write efficient Python and SQL to process, transform, and validate data; contribute to ETL/ELT pipelines.
* Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.
* Stay ahead of on BI tools, data engineering patterns, and visualization techniques.

🎓 What We're Looking For

* B.Sc./M.Sc. in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related role.
* Hands-on Python (pandas, data wrangling, basic scripting/automation).
* Strong SQL and experience with ETL/ELT and data modeling.
* Experience with Power BI (or Amazon QuickSight/D3.js) to build intuitive dashboards.
* Nice to have: DAX, Git, basic ML/AI exposure; certifications such as Microsoft Data Analyst Associate or AWS Data Analytics - Specialty.
* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and clear communication with stakeholders.
