THE WORK: Discover the opportunity to grow and contribute with enthusiasm. You will perform independently and become a subject matter expert while actively participating and contributing in discussions. Your involvement will help provide thoughtful solutions to work-related challenges. This role embraces the essence of SAP SD Customer Service, inviting you to engage and develop your expertise in a supportive environment. Build, configure, and test packaged software and Software as a Service products.
Develop and test new components or enhancements to improve functionality.
Utilize declarative features to develop functionality where applicable.
Provide primary support for application releases into production, including preparing deployment plans and schedules.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Beginner proficiency in SAP SD Customer Service.
Beginner proficiency in SAP SD Delivery Processing.
A minimum of 3 of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Beginner proficiency in business process analysis.
Intermediate proficiency in problem-solving techniques.
Beginner proficiency in software testing methodologies.
Intermediate proficiency in communication skills.
Beginner proficiency in documentation and reporting.
