What you'll do
* Manage and resolve L1/L2 security incidents and requests
* Monitor and operate systems such as:
* Access Control
* CCTV / Video Surveillance
* Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
* Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution documentation
* Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational processes
* Escalate complex issues with clear and structured information
* Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge base creation
What we're looking for
Engineer I (Junior):
* Recent graduate or early-career (IT, Support, NOC/SOC)
* Basic knowledge of networking and systems
* Interest in security technologies
* Strong willingness to learn
Engineer II (Mid-level):
* 3+ years in security operations, SOC, or technical support
* Hands-on experience troubleshooting security systems
* Ability to handle complex incidents independently
* Analytical mindset and focus on continuous improvement
Key skills
* Physical security systems (Access Control, CCTV, IDS)
* Ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
* Incident management (prioritization, SLAs, escalation)
* Technical documentation (runbooks, KB articles, reports)
* English and Spanish required
