Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Direct Marketing Activation Specialist to bring CRM campaigns to life through best-in-class execution within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
This role is responsible for transforming campaign strategies into high-quality, personalized consumer experiences across owned channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications. You will play a critical role in ensuring that every campaign is flawlessly executed, properly configured, and delivered with precision and consistency.
They will work closely with strategy, data, and technical teams to ensure that campaigns are not only launched on time, but also optimized for performance and scalability.

Your Impact
* Execute and configure CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including:
* Email builds (drag-and-drop and/or HTML-based)
* Journey configuration and automation setup
* Personalization and dynamic content implementation
* Translate campaign requirements into accurate platform execution, ensuring alignment with strategy and audience definitions
* Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including scheduling, testing, and deployment
* Perform thorough QA processes to ensure:
* Correct personalization
* Functional links and tracking
* Proper rendering across devices and email clients
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, data, tech) to ensure seamless campaign activation
* Identify and resolve execution issues quickly, ensuring minimal risk to live campaigns
* Contribute to continuous improvement of campaign execution processes and best practices

* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Content Builder).
* Proven experience executing CRM campaigns within marketing automation platforms, including personalized and dynamic content.
* Solid understanding of campaign workflows and end-to-end lifecycle execution.
* Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Fluent in English (written and verbal).
