Position at a Glance
The Senior RGM & Sales Finance will be a key leader in our Mexico City Global Capability Center (GCC), overseeing a team of finance professionals dedicated to supporting the North America Revenue Growth Management and Sales and organization, who are based in our WHQ in Chicago. This role bridges regional operations and strategy, ensuring financial visibility, accuracy and insights into critical top line areas. This position provides an outstanding opportunity to gain broad experience in commercial finance and will not only deliver high-impact financial analysis and reporting but also coach and develop a team of finance professionals.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of Commercial Finance with a proven track record of influencing crossfunctional stakeholders and leading operational finance initiatives.
What's on Menu?
* Lead and scale the Sales and RGM Finance delivery model from the GCC, ensuring highquality, timely outputs for onshore senior management in Chicago;
* Oversee development of weekly and monthly reporting and drive automation to support established rituals & routines;
* Support AOP, forecasting and consolidation processes for commercial finance performance ensuring accuracy and insightfulness;
* Collaborate with stakeholders across North America to design and implement financial initiatives and projects;
* Monitor and interpret variances analysis regarding top-line performance (vs AOP, vs LY, vs LE);
* Oversee issue management related to trade analytics and ensure effective escalation and resolution;
* Champion reporting enhancements and process improvements; drive continuous improvement and best practices across the business;
* Build, manage, coach and develop a Sales and RGM Finance team of 15-20 people, elevate capability and deliver consistent highquality outputs;

1. Education
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field;
2. Experience
* Experience in FP&A with relevant exposure to NSV/Sales/Commercial management;
* Proven experience overseeing large analytics teams and developing people leaders and analysts;
* Professional finance designation (FPCA, CPA, CMA, CGA) and/or MBA in Finance would be an asset;
* Relevant background developed in CPG industry;

* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
* Strategic thinking and planning; excellent organizational skills.
