We are looking for senior "Third-Party Risk" Manager to strengthen our operational resilience framework. This role is crucial in ensuring that third-party risks are effectively managed and that the organisation is prepared to respond to and recover from disruptions.

You will work cross-functionality with Risk, Compliance, IT, and business teams across multiple countries (mainly Monaco, Luxembourg and Switzerland) ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and best practices.

YOUR CHALLENGE

* In line with JB's frameworks, implement and operate the local Third-Party Risk Management governance framework
* Ensure adequate oversight over the end-to-end Third-Party Risk Management processes and underlying group tools
* Perform outsourcing risk assessments or ad-hoc reviews of third-party providers
* Monitor third-party performance and risk indicators
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g. DORA, outsourcing, operational risk, data protection)
* Support local teams with the implementations of SLAs and contractual clauses
* Conduct Business Impact Analysis and risk assessments
* Actively contribute to risk reports and management presentations
* Build strong relationships with subject matter experts, key stakeholders across the different locations

YOUR PROFILE

* University degree or equivalent (preferably in economics | law)
* Broad experience in risk governance and / or non-financial risk management, with a minimum of 4-6 years within the management consulting or accounting | law firm
* Sound knowledge of outsourcing/third party risk regulations and industry best practices
* Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
* Proven ability to rapidly learn new concepts and ideas, and integrate and assimilate information of various levels of complexity and relationships across broad, multifunctional content areas
* Outstanding analytical, project management and conceptual skills
* Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality
* Discrete character with a critical mindset, comfortable challenging the status quo
* Fluency in French and English
