Job Description

Junior Collection Specialist:
As a Junior Collection Specialist, you will support the effective management of collection activities for an assigned customer portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for following up on open receivables, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records while building professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Your role:

* Manage collection activities for an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices.
* Daily and monthly reconciliations against monthly bank statements, identifying and resolving reconciliation items on customer accounts
* Ensures proper disputes registration and assignment to owners to optimize swift resolution.
* Assists in tracking and following up on overdue accounts by generating reminders, contacting customers, and escalating unresolved issues to senior team members.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies or recurring issues in the collection process.

You're the right fit if:
* You have a High School Diploma or vocational education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
* You skills include knowledge of Excel and SAP.
* You are comfortable working with numbers, data, and details, and have strong organizational skills.
* You have academic, internship, or trainee experience related to finance, accounting, or administrative support environments.
* You have Advanced English.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office role.
