Job Description

As a Junior Administration and Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for providing HR administrative services to our employees in Poland.

In this role you will:
* Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes - such as hiring, terminations, and time management.
* Create and maintain documents, records and data in compliance with procedures and standards.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure business processes align with global guidelines and labor law
* Respond to employee queries related to terms and conditions of employment, company benefits, and HR processes via HR request, chat.

You're the right fit if:
* You are fluent in both written and spoken Polish and English.
* You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, HRIS, or administration.
* You have strong prioritization and organizational skills.
* You demonstrate personal integrity when handling confidential information.
