We are seeking SAP Security Analyst and Consultant with expertise in SAP system hardening, vulnerability management, and technical security implementation.

THE WORK:
* Supporting SAP system hardening activities across SAP landscapes.
* Assisting with implementation of SAP Security Notes, patch management, and vulnerability remediation activities.
* Participating in SAP security assessments and contributing to remediation planning and execution.
* Supporting threat detection, monitoring, and technical security activities within SAP environments.
* Collaborating with Basis, infrastructure, cybersecurity, functional teams, and business users to strengthen platform security.
* Supporting implementation of SAP security solutions, from requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, and deployment.
* Managing SAP security administration, security-related tickets, production support, documentation, process compliance activities, and continuous knowledge-sharing initiatives.
* Supporting user and role administration activities, including access changes, role updates, and user lifecycle management based on defined processes.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of remote work, onsite client engagements, or working from the Accenture office, depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

SAP Security Analyst:
* 2+ years of relevant experience in SAP Security, SAP support, SAP administration, or a related ERP security/support role.
* Basic understanding of SAP security administration and support processes.
* Some experience in supporting tickets, access requests, or production support activities.
* Awareness of lifecycle management and role maintenance activities in SAP environments.
* Basic understanding of troubleshooting security-related issues in SAP.
* Ability to work effectively in a support-oriented delivery environment.
* Good communication and coordination skills for working with internal and client stakeholders.
* Willingness to learn SAP security tools, processes, and delivery methodologies.
* Awareness of compliance and audit requirements related to enterprise application security.

SAP Security Consultant:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and technical implementations.
* Strong expertise in SAP system security and hardening practices.
* Experience implementing SAP security solutions tailored to complex client landscapes.
* Knowledge of SAP Security Notes, vulnerability remediation, and patch management processes.
* Understanding of SAP technical architecture and secure system configuration.
* Exposure to threat detection and monitoring concepts within SAP environments.
* Experience leading client workshops and owning security assessments.
* Strong understanding of compliance and audit frameworks (e.g., ITGC, SOX, ISO 27001, or similar).
* Ability to drive security optimization strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
* Understanding of SAP technical security concepts, including system hardening, SAP Security Notes, patching, vulnerability tracking, and remediation activities.
* Experience with security monitoring tools such as SecurityBridge, Onapsis, or SAP Enterprise Threat Detection (ETD).
* Knowledge of SAP Basis and architecture concepts, including system architecture, transport management, and patching cycles.
* Exposure to SAP GRC concepts, IAM solutions, or SAP BTP Security.
* Exposure to SAP Fiori security and SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
