Position Summary

Orchestrate and successfully implements process improvement, changes, knowledge management, migrations and project delivery. Work towards bringing in operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Represents OM in customer / stakeholder interactions including face-to-face or virtual meetings with clients and facilitates communication between key operational groups on service-impacting incidents
* Leads and participates in large projects (ie. CPQ Migration)
* Analyses trends and supports team to achieve defined metrics and handles pending orders to make sure all revenue is billed in a timely fashion
* Actively participates in product migration, process change calls, contribute towards critical projects and seamlessly implement the changes within the team
* Solves sophisticated issues may involve interpreting the needs of the customer, resolving solution to the problem and assessing any downstream impact
* Spots trends and make recommendations for improving systems and procedures, contributing to process and work improvements viz BPI, collaborative teams, and standard methodology sharing
* Verifies all client orders are accurate for financial reporting and is accountable for adhering to SOX compliance controls, 3rd party guidelines, commercial policies and maintaining data integrity, managing deadlines relating to 3rd party reporting reconciliations
* Provides advice and mentorship to the client and Sales regarding any nonstandard contract, pricing, ordering, and process requests including how these should be led optimally
* Proactively contacts clients to highlight quarterly data changes and discuss actions clients need to take to avoid loss of data
* Provides assistance and mentorship to new recruits and less expert members.
* Monitors dashboards / reports and actively participates in group discussions related to system improve, general policy / procedure maintenance and renewal processing
* Facilitates communication between key operations groups on incidents that impact services and acts as a primary contact point for queries and critical issues

Career Stage:Senior Associate

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł93,600 - zł156,200. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan ("bonus plan"). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
