About the job
We are looking for a Employee Journeys Process and Solution Lead who will join our Central Employee Services Team. The mission of the role is maximizing the functionality and efficiency of ServiceNow within the Employee Services (ES) framework. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is adept in ServiceNow administration and development, ensuring the platform is leveraged to its full potential to support ES and HR processes and service delivery.
Key responsibilities & activities:
* assuming ownership of the ServiceNow platform within ES, managing its operational effectiveness and continual service improvement
* collaborating with the ES Process Owners, IT and ES Teams to align ServiceNow configurations and customizations with the global ES process strategy
* leading ServiceNow-related projects, including system enhancements, updates, and integrations with other IT and HR technology solutions
* developing and maintain thorough documentation for all ServiceNow processes, ensuring adherence to global standards and best practices
* driving the automation of service delivery processes through ServiceNow, identifying opportunities for workflow improvements and system optimization
* coordinating with IT and transversal teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security
* providing training and support to ES team members on utilizing ServiceNow effectively
* monitoring and reporting on ServiceNow platform performance, proposing and implementing solutions to improve user experience and operational metrics
* staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices to recommend and implement advancements
* expertise in ServiceNow administration and process configuration
* strong project management skills with a proven track record in leading technology-driven initiatives
* analytical and problem-solving abilities
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to drive user adoption and process transformation
* collaborative nature, with experience in cross-functional team engagement and stakeholder management
* experience with process improvement tools and methodologies
* fluency in English, with additional language skills being a significant plus
