About You
In one of our professional roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.
In this role you will:
* Drive cost efficiencies and continuous improvement in AP processes, including global initiatives.
* Ensure a high-quality customer experience across EMEA and global AP operations.
* Lead and support AP-related projects, leveraging best practices to build process capability.
* Act as a technical and compliance expert, conducting tests and process walkthroughs.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and align priorities.
* Support operational AP & P2P teams in achieving goals and providing day-to-day business support.
* Execute process controls, update SOPs, and drive standardization across the EMEA region.
Required Qualifications
* Solid P2P / Accounts Payable process expertise gained in SSC/GBS or similar set-up.
* Proven experience in process improvement / continuous improvement in finance operations.
* Understanding operational controls, testing, compliance and SOP governance.
* Strong stakeholder management (Finance operations, Procurement, CI, Project Management).
* Strong SAP FI/MM skills.
* Fluent English and the ability to influence change across all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with S2C/P2P transformation programs.
* Experience working with or supporting AP / P2P operational teams.
* Exposure to EMEA multi-country environments & standardization projects.
* Strong Coupa or Ariba knowledge.

As Kimberly-Clark enters a strategic partnership with Suzano to form an international leader in tissue and professional products, it is expected that this role will transition to the new joint venture once the transaction closes (expected mid-2026, subject to consultation and legal requirements).
