In 2026 we will start to build a Central European Demand Planning team in Krakow. You have the unique chance to join this team and be part of an exciting journey! The Central Demand Planning will provide the statistical forecast to our European operating companies. We will do that using a variety of Demand Planning tools (Blue Yonder and FuturMaster). In the coming 2 years the central team will grow to around 13 people. During that same period, we will onboard European operating companies one by one and start working closely with their local planning teams.
As a demand planner you will be responsible for 1-3 European operating companies and provide them every week with the stastical forecast from our planning models. Together with the local team, this statistical base will be enriched to create the Demand Plan. You will support the generation of a reliable Machine Learning (ML) or statistical forecast by collecting and preparing demand causal factors, assisting in forecast stability checks, and performing outlier cleansing where needed. The role enables operating companies to enrich and align the demand plan through standardized processes by maintaining data quality, executing routine analyses, and providing support for the Business Building & Demand Review meeting.
Your responsibilities would include:
* validating master and transactional data, update & refresh demand causal factors, and support maintenance of DFUs/NPI lifecycle
* reviewing and validating generated ML or statistical forecast by assisting in stability checks, applying cleansing strategy, and escalating intervention cases to operating companies
* documenting and clarifying demand for causal factors included in the ML forecast to support enrichment activities
* providing support to operating companies in preparation for Business Building (BB) and Demand Review (DR) meetings and attend meetings to answer ML forecast questions
* sharing observed causal factor trends, market insights, and input on scenarios and risk & opportunity (R&O) discussions with Data Science and operating companies
* tracking forecast performance by preparing KPI and PPI reports; support weekly/monthly performance meetings with operating companies
* ensuring adherence to Hub cadence; escalate data issues and risks to the Demand Planning Manager
You are a good candidate if you have:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
* at least 2 years work experience in demand planning, Machine Learning forecasting, supply chain management
* some experience working for a multinational organization; FMCG / Beverage industry experience
* functional skills: supply chain planning, Microsoft Office, experience working with Blue Yonder or FuturMaster (preferred)
* advanced English skills; second language (nice to have)
