We are currently looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role (once a week at Opolska 112 street).
The ideal candidate has professional experience in payroll and communicates confidently in German at a minimum C1 level. In this role, you will be supporting the Germany & Austria market, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and administer learning and development programs, including leadership, professional skills, language, and onboarding training.
* Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, assignments, user administration, and training records.
* Design, develop, and continuously improve e-learning content and digital learning materials using authoring tools and multimedia formats.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, schedule, and deliver training initiatives.
* Organize training logistics, including participant registration, communication, and hotel and meeting room bookings for training programs and events.
* Monitor training effectiveness and prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and audit-related documentation.
* Maintain knowledge management platforms and ensure training documentation, SOPs, and information articles are accurate and up to date.
* Support learning projects and global initiatives by implementing process changes and ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
* Manage training budgets, invoices, funding applications, and coordinate with Finance and other departments.
* Provide support for apprenticeship, onboarding, and talent development programs while handling employee inquiries and requests.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Administration, or Talent Development.
* Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360).
* Experience in creating and maintaining e-learning content and training materials.
* Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with experience in reporting and data analysis.
* Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and German and the ability to collaborate across international teams.
