REPORTING AND ANALYTICS EXPERT (f/m/d)

Why does this role exist?

The Reporting & Analytics Expert (R&A - Reporting and Analytics) transforms data into meaningful insights to support informed decision-making. The role focuses on developing and optimizing dashboards and data models while ensuring compliance with data governance standards and delivering reliable business intelligence aligned with strategic needs

What will you actually do?

* Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (Business Intelligence Software) or similar tools

* Build scalable data models and use DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced analytics

* Manage reporting initiatives from concept to delivery with stakeholders

* Identify opportunities to improve data quality and automate reporting processes

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions

* Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of reports through validation processes

* Support end users with training and documentation to promote adoption

* Contribute to reporting improvements and projects

Who are we looking for?

* University degree

* Extensive experience in reporting and dashboards development

* Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

* Strong expertise in Power BI (Business Intelligence Software)

* Knowledge of data modeling and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)

* Experience working with SQL (Structured Query Language) and relational databases

* Experience integrating data from multiple sources

* Knowledge of data visualization and user experience design

* Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities

* Strong collaboration and communication skills
