Siemens Global Business Services team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated candidate for Team Leader role. The successful Team Leader (f/m/d) is a problem-solver, mentor and communicator with outstanding skills and experience in order handling area. You will engage with multiple internal teams to support daily operations across multiple countries. You will utilize a wide range of skills and support several functional areas such as operations, IT and program management, to support performance and productivity improvement initiatives. You will support root cause analysis of issues and propose possible improvements. With outstanding ownership and customer obsession you will play an essential role driving operational delivery on daily basis, being a role model in building healthy team spirit and efficient organization based on trust and partnership
