Product / Brand Manager (Surgical)
The Manager is primarily responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies for surgical products, enhancing brand equity, market share, and sales through digital, social, and e-Commerce advancements.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
* Approximately 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
* Experience in ophthalmology is a strong asset
* Very good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken
* Willingness to travel within Warsaw and across Poland
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience with Salesforce (SF) is a plus
* High level of accountability, independence, and responsibility
