Menadżer ds. Kluczowych Klientów / Onkologia

Obowiązki:
* Zapewnienie, że wszystkie działania i plany są realizowane zgodnie z wysokimi standardami etycznymi oraz zgodnością z wymogami GSK i wszystkimi obowiązującymi lokalnymi przepisami prawnymi i regulacyjnymi.
* Zwiększanie sprzedaży marek GSK Oncology poprzez skuteczne informowanie o wartości i właściwym wykorzystaniu promowanych leków.
* Promowanie i podkreślanie wartości produktów GSK Oncology skierowanych do pracowników służby zdrowia, w tym między innymi do lekarzy szpitalnych, , farmaceutów, oraz wszelkich innych zainteresowanych stron mających wpływ na ścieżkę pacjenta.
* Budowanie i utrzymywanie produktywnych, profesjonalnych relacji z klientami i interesariuszami w celu zapewnienia skutecznej promocji obu licencjonowanych przez GSK terapii onkologicznych.
* Umiejętne wykorzystywanie różnych kanałów dostępu do klientów (omnichannel)
* Współpraca ze wszystkimi funkcjami w celu zapewnienia udanego wprowadzenia na rynek i/lub ciągłej promocji produktów GSK Oncology.
* Precyzyjne planowanie i wykorzystanie budżetu promocyjnego.
* Przekazywanie jasnych i aktualnych informacji zwrotnych kierownikowi liniowemu i współpracownikom z różnych działów na temat wyników dyskusji i bieżących zmian na rynku.

* Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w sprzedaży farmaceutycznej, co najmniej 3 lata w onkologii
* Znajomość ścieżki pacjenta onkologicznego i roli diagnostyki molekularnej
* Doświadczenie we wprowadzaniu produktów na rynek specjalistycznej opieki szpitalnej (preferowanej w onkologii) w Polsce
* Wykształcenie wyższe preferowane w dziedzinie nauk przyrodniczych (medycyna, biologia, biochemia itp.)
* Dobre zrozumienie nauki o produktach onkologicznych
* Doświadczenie w pracy z pracownikami służby zdrowia specjalizującymi się w opiece zdrowotnej, szpitalami
* Sprawdzona zdolność do pracy z wysokim poziomem uczciwości, dokładności i dbałości o szczegóły
* Wykazana umiejętność samodzielnej pracy w interdyscyplinarnym środowisku zespołowym
* Znajomość języka angielskiego

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 167,250 to PLN 278,750 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer's discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave. More detailed information on the total reward package applicable to your role will be supplied during the recruitment process. Salary ranges for other locations are shown because some markets have pay transparency laws that require salary information on job postings, and those locations are potential job sites for this role.
