Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:
Junior Specialist with English (CST Team)

As a member of the Europe and Africa Client Solutions Team, you will have a chance to provide high quality support by giving a guidance in regards to our products and policies as well as administrative support to our internal and external clients. You can join highly energetic and experienced team, where automation of the processes as well as LEAN solutions are as much important as positive relationships and professionalism in each detail.

We will count on you to:
* Advise on Mercer products and services across Europe and Africa
* Prepare calculations
* Prepare membership contracts and addenda
* Respond to day-to-day internal client queries and basic content related questions
* Provide sales support to consultants
* Liaise with internal teams, e.g. Product Owners
What you need to have:
* 1+ years of experience in the areas of customer service and/or administration
* Very good spoken and written English is a must
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Attention to details and analytical mind-set
