What will you do?
* Provide customer support for a popular streaming platform
* Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues
* Support both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support
* Make outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders
Candidate profile
* Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2)
* Excellent communication and service orientation
* Basic administrative and technical knowledge
* Availability for rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 09:00-19:00, weekends: 10:00-16:00)
