Your responsibilities
* Monitor status for all deliveries to ensure on-time execution.
* Identify potential issues and implement solutions to maintain Customer service expectations
* Proactively communicate to internal and external stakeholders regarding load status and resolution action plans
* Identify repeatable issues related to any part of transport operation and develop solutions to resolve
* Work closely with Supply Chain teams to continuously improve processes and service
Our requirements
* Fluent English - written and spoken - German or French would be an advantage
* Strong service orientation and very good communication skills
* Openness ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
* Good communication skills
* Computer literacy
* MS Office literacy
* Problems solving capabilities
* Agility and resilience will be important when dealing with different challenges
