Data Analyst Trainee

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team (Data Analysis Department) at Marsh. This role will be based in Porto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You will be joining a dynamic team that supports the risk business, handles and evaluates claims related to one of our international accounts, and provides quality service as a Marsh representative.
You will receive training and mentorship to learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry, including the day-to-day operations of our company. You will work closely with experienced professionals to develop the skills necessary to support the growth and success of our business.

We will count on you to:
* Work directly with Marsh's national and international accounts.
* Produce reports and data analyses for internal and external clients.
* Present the generated reports to clients.
* Document, monitor, and respond to calls and emails.
* Support decision-making with data-driven insights.

What you need to have:
* Higher education in areas such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, Data Science, or related fields.
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized profile.
* Proven experience in Excel, Power BI or other data analysis tools.
* Good verbal and written communication in English (minimum B2).
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools.
