Andaz Lisbon is looking for an In-Room Dining Waiter/ Waitress to join its team!

As an In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering personalized, thoughtful, and high-quality in-room dining experiences that reflect the Andaz spirit. You will ensure that every guest enjoys exceptional service, comfort, and attention to detail from order taking through delivery and collection.

Responsibilities:

· Perform complete opening and closing duties for the In-Room Dining operation
· Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently, following company standards
· Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly while maintaining presentation and quality standards
· Set up and clear trays, trolleys, and in-room dining tables according to service procedures
· Ensure all in-room dining equipment, materials, and service tools are clean, organized, and in excellent condition
· Monitor delivery times and coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
· Provide guests with information regarding menu items and make recommendations when appropriate
· Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards
· Maintain a polished, professional personal appearance in line with Andaz standards
· Protect proprietary and confidential information and safeguard company assets
· Anticipate guest needs, handle requests efficiently, and resolve concerns promptly
· Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
· Answer telephone calls using proper etiquette and service standards
· Build and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships across departments
· Meet all quality assurance expectations and brand service standards

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

· Excellent verbal communication and professional presentation
· Strong customer focus and passion for delivering personalized service
· Agility, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
· Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset
· Good understanding of food and beverage service standards
· Knowledge of wines and gastronomy is a plus
· Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous under pressure
· Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
· Previous experience in Room Service, Food & Beverage, or luxury environments is preferred
· Technical training or courses in hospitality, gastronomy, or related fields are a plus
