Job Description:

Your contribution to something big:
* SAP Product Cost Planning & Controlling;
* Our backbone is a suite of processes in controlling, financial and management accounting using SAP R/3 as the main IT tool;
* Active involvement in identifying data cleansing and process harmonization needs of the respective business process area in the location (across SAP-systems);
* Actively participates in regular central business process area;
* Help to identify and implement local cut-over activities and organizational change measures (OCM) incl. selection, approval, execution and documentation of test cases and follow-up defect solving;
* Participates in project related training and provide appropriate local training content;
* Contribute to lessons learned activities together with Plant Coordinator (PLC);
* Support the training activities, e.g., creation/review of training material, interface to users, support training manager in entity;
* We are currently preparing for the transition from SAP R/3 to S/4 HANA. Same time we are challenging our processes to design state of the art solutions;
* Standardized processes along with scalable IT solutions are our main success criteria. With your expertise in profitability analysis, management accounting and controlling of cost and profit centers you are the right fit to our team.

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you:
* University degree plus professional experience (> 2 years) in operative controlling of a global industrial company or financial business analyst / consultant in the automotive industry;
* Knowledge in SAP R/3 and ideally S/4 HANA;
* Good communication and presentations skills in English;
* Self-organized and focused with strong analytical skills to develop fresh ideas and provide customer solutions;
* First experience in project management;
* Team player and open communicator through virtual collaboration tools as well as in person;
* Drive changes actively and turn problems into solutions;
* Willingness to travel.
