Job Description:

At Bosch eBike, we are driving the evolution of connected and intelligent cycling. Our mission is to create smart, secure, and sustainable solutions that transform the riding experience for millions worldwide. We are looking for a Python Tester with a passion for eBikes.
* Designing and implementing automated test functions using Python
* Debugging and commissioning test functions on the software test bench
* Executing and contributing to software requirement reviews
* Performing root cause analysis of failed tests and documenting defects
* Creating clear and structured test reports for executed software tests
* Actively supporting continuous improvement of test automation and quality processes

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you
Education
* Master's degree in Embedded Systems, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable qualification
* Equivalent practical experience is equally valued
Experience
* Experience in software testing or test automation, ideally in embedded environments
* Familiarity with continuous integration and quality assurance workflows
Know-how
* Strong proficiency in Python
* Experience with tools such as CAN, CANoe, Git, GitHub, Jira, Jenkins
* Knowledge of requirements management
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Languages
* Good command of English (spoken and written)
* German is a plus but not mandatory
Working Style and Methods
* Structured, proactive, and quality-oriented approach
* Comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams
* Willingness to travel occasionally
