Purpose of Position
Support the Aerodata team by analysing AIS publications (AIPs and NOTAMs) to identify areas of operational critical information and maintain NetJets operational databases up-to-date, to ensure the quality of the aeronautical and airport databases.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Constant monitoring of aeronautical information published via NOTAM or AIP to assess impact to flight operations and respective implementation into the operations systems;
* Maintain up-to-date the company operational databases with operational data required for flight operations;
* Contact airport managers, city or county officials, or other parties to obtain documents necessary for NJE operations;
* Ensure that safety is a part of every job and activity. Support the safety and compliance programmes, ensuring that any issue that may affect them is appropriately reported;
* Other duties can be performed subject to being within the same professional career, considered related or functionally linked.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
* Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent/relevant experience;
* Dispatcher experience (preferred);
* Minimum 6 months of experience in aviation industry (preferred);
* Operational knowledge of different types of aircraft;
* Good proficiency in MS Office;
* Fluency in business English (written and spoken)
