Overview

We, at (COMPANY NAME), for the Technology project, are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our growing team in (COMPANY NAME). As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert mentorship and technical leadership in crafting, putting in practice, and running our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with our cloud architects, engineers, and partners to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing operation of our cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain cloud architecture and design standards, ensuring alignment to the best industry practices and security standards;
* Design, implement, and run cloud-based infrastructure, including compute, storage, network, and security components;
* Serve as a technical lead for cloud projects, providing mentorship to team colleagues and partners;
* Evaluate new cloud technologies and services, making recommendations for adoption and implementation as appropriate;
* Resolve sophisticated cloud infrastructure issues, working with other team members and vendors as needed;
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services with other enterprise systems;
* Generate and update documentation with technical information and training materials cloud infrastructure and services.

Skills and Experience

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
* Proven track record in designing, implementing, and running cloud-based infrastructure in a large-scale enterprise environment;
* Expertise in cloud computing technologies, such as Amazon Web Services, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform;
* Strong understanding of networking and security concepts, including VPN, firewalls, load balancers, and DNS;
* Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes;
* Experience in, at least, one programming language (Go, Python);
* Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, and Git;
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
* Relevant industry certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect, are a plus;
