* Contribute to operational excellence through standardization, automation, and best practices.

Who You Are

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

* Strong hands-on experience with container platforms, particularly Kubernetes.

* Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including services such as EKS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and S3.

* Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably using Terraform.

* Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, TypeScript, or Ruby.

* Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

* Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions, including tools such as Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in distributed systems environments.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in international and cross-functional teams.

* Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

* Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.

* Experience with Ansible or other automation frameworks.

* Experience with serverless architectures and AWS-native services.

* Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and technologies.

* Experience supporting business-critical production platforms in an SRE or platform engineering environment.
