Summary of the role:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will lead the assembly of complex electro-mechanical devices and ensure effective production planning within an S&OP framework, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, manufacturable solutions.

You'll be responsible for:
* Coordinating an end-to-end supply chain approach covering production planning, component procurement, assembly, quality control, and logistics,
* Leading production teams and applying engineering expertise in the assembly of electro-mechanical devices,
* Creating and managing production and demand plans within an S&OP framework
* Utilizing ERP systems (SAP/MRP) to support manufacturing operations,
* Supporting and participating in the design, testing, modification, and assembly of prototypes,
* Contributing to the development of product-specific manufacturing processes and equipment
* Identifying and evaluating new technologies relevant to the business,
* Conducting technical studies and Proof of Concepts (PoCs),
* Optimizing current designs while supporting ongoing projects.

About the ideal candidate:
* Expertise in production planning and manufacturing processes,
* Hands-on experience with S&OP and ERP systems (preferably SAP/MRP),
* Familiarity with regulatory and quality requirements,
* Proactive problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset,
* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments,
* Proven experience managing complex electro-mechanical production operations,
* Project Management methodology awareness, ideally PMI certified.
