Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday:
* From 7:00 to 16:00
* Or from 8:00 to 17:00
* Saturday and Sunday: Free days

What you can expect:

In your role as a Store Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring all operational procedures are commercially managed to ensure the highest standard and efficient delivery of customer experience.
* Responsible for implementing window displays & in-store installations according to corporate standards & timelines.
* Partner with the corporate Visual Merchandising Team to plan & implement floor moves.
* Participate in regular trainings to continuous develop and conduct visual merchandising training sessions for team members.
* Continuous feedback to merchandise & visual merchandising team on how local markets compare with other retailers.
* Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed.

Your profile:

* Experience in a similar role demonstrating excellent skills as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
* Passion for and knowledge of the brand.
* Experience in training and developing people.
* Excellent organizational skills, structured work approach, and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills at all levels.
* Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
* Willingness to learn and continuously develop.
* Knowledge of English (spoken and written) is a plus.
* Optimal use of tools and systems.
* Passion for trends in the fashion and lifestyle industry.
