We are seeking a Consulting Operations Specialist. You will need to be near or based in or around London.

What you'll do:
As Consulting Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing key administrative and project management services and support to multiple Senior Consulting Leadership Team members.
This includes but not limited to:
* Managing calendars and schedules, travel and expense management, communications and correspondence, scheduling meetings, conferences & travel.
* Regional Business Planning - Managing logistics and coordination of partnership meetings and activities, collecting internal (COMPANY NAME) data for planning and external market data
* Recruiting - Partner with our Professional Development and Recruitment Team on coordination of on-site interviews
* Proactive support of (COMPANY NAME) tools and other ad hoc administrative requests as needed.
* Manage additional Ad-Hoc projects independently as defined by management.
* Office Management - Ensure all office hardware/equipment is in working order. Building/facility management includes entering work orders and interfacing with the Building management personnel on all building related topics including any building or parking access or security concerns. Order office supplies as needed.
* Creating, editing, proofing, and distributing presentations/proposals/deliverables to internal Customers and Clients.
* Assist key stakeholders with communication plans related to programs/campaigns.
* Support your business partners across the organization to help impact change and optimization.

What you'll need:
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Business administration, management, or similar)
* Proven track record of success in operational efficiency and execution.
* Proven experience providing support to senior level leaders in a professional services organization.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Expertise in MS Office products and various applications such as CRM, Power BI are a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and knowledge of finance or accounting principles
* Must be a self-starter, work independently and lead initiatives.
* Ability to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Outgoing, enthusiastic, and a driven personality required.
* Superior Time Management skills - understands prioritization of tasks.
* Demonstrated problem-solving ability
* Open - personality
* Socially savvy
* Excellent project management skills inclusive of understanding business operations, process decomposition, scoping, planning, analytical, needs requirement, organization, initiative & problem-solving skills
* Ability to gain and sustain executive relationships as a trusted business advisor
