Position Overview

This role forms an integral part of the Strategy & Business Development team, where you will collaborate with key stakeholders and participate in strategic initiatives. It is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to start their journey in the corporate offices at Ralph Lauren.

WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
*A unique position with the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and initiatives across the EMEA DTC (direct to consumer) business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

*Support the Strategy & Business Development team with the administration & implementation of the EMEA DTC strategy
*Research & analyse market trends & the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision making.
*Monitor performance of strategic initiatives to measure success and help identify/implement performance-based improvements and new strategic initiatives.
*Build partnerships and manage relationships across the company to identify opportunities and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
*Support with the preparation of presentation materials & analysis for senior management

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
*Some experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint preferred but not required
*A keen interest in the retail industry & Ralph Lauren
Understanding of retail performance KPIs (Sales, UPT, Conversion, AUR etc.) and profitability metrics (Sales per square ft & 4-wall profit) preferred
