About this role

As our Strategy Manager, you will join the UK Strategy & Planning team to drive growth in a rapidly evolving marketplace. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will lead impactful projects and deliver board-level insights while working cross-functionally. We care about your development and offer a fast-paced environment where you can aim high and learn rapidly. This role is essential in helping us stay ahead of the competition.

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office) Reporting to: Head of Strategy UK&I

These are some of the key components to the position:

* Contribute to the development of the UK business strategy and specific growth initiatives to drive excellence.
* Translate strategic direction into actionable plans and targets for teams to execute against.
* Deliver high-quality documents and presentations for the Management Board and business owners.
* Analyze competitor performance to identify risks and opportunities that impact our long-term strategy.
* Run diagnostics on specific business areas to identify and solve challenging problems.
* Report on the business performance against Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and support the annual planning process

What will you bring to the team?

* A strong commercial mindset with a background in strategy consulting or in-house strategy teams.
* High data fluency and the ability to translate complex analytics into strategic recommendations.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate and build relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
* A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to navigate ambiguity and execute quickly.
* A growth mindset focused on continuous learning, giving feedback, and achieving team goals.
* Interest in the consumer-technology and marketplace sectors to better understand our partners and customers.
