Junior Client Finance Executive
Based in London Kings Cross
Hybrid role

Reporting to
Head of Finance

Job purpose

Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will play a key role within the Finance Team, supporting with a range of finance related tasks.

Key responsibilities

* Accurately enter billing data for retainer and time & materials work into our forecasting tool
* Input forecast data for both existing and new clients into our forecasting tool
* Liaising with account teams as appropriate to ensure POs are received
* Enter billing details into our billing system, ensuring all relevant data points and PO numbers are included by the account teams
* Upload invoices directly via client procurement portals when required
* Maintain and update financial spreadsheets once billing has taken place
* Involvement in client set ups on our systems
* Ad hoc tasks

Key skills and qualifications

* Eagerness to adapt to and become proficient in new software and platforms
* Basic familiarity with spreadsheets for data entry, organisation, and basic analysis
* Energetic, driven individual
* Capability to manage information and prioritise tasks
