We are currently recruiting a Receptionist for our store in London.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Welcome customers visiting our shops and provide information about the shop and its procedures.
* Support sales consultants during appointments and fittings with useful advice and information to increase sales.
* Answer phone calls and efficiently direct them to the right people.
* Schedule, change and cancel appointments and fittings.
* Ensure satisfactory customer service in the shop throughout the sales process.
* Support the store manager when introducing the sales consultant to the customer.
* Prepare order notes and process payments through various payment methods.
* Check outstanding order forms and manage charges.
* Follow up with customers who have cancelled their appointment or did not show up on the scheduled day.
* Review the agenda weekly with the shop manager.
* Close the cash register and prepare the settlement envelope.
* Transfer information received from headquarters to the shop team.
* Prepare and send internal mail at the beginning of the week and at the end of the month.
* Keep the shop reception and information desks tidy at all times, as well as maintaining the overall image, ensuring that it is in line with internal policy.
* Collaborate with the rest of the team, informing the shop manager about feedback received from customers.
* Support shop managers with POS assistance and scheduling appointments and fittings.
* Offer and serve drinks to customers during the Digital Book phase and at the close of the sale.
* Support the management of transfers (receipt and dispatch of stock) between shops.
* Manage requests, storage and replenishment of office supplies.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in the premium or luxury brand sector. Someone who is passionate about providing excellent service to our customers with a positive attitude.
