About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team and contribute to creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our technical products and APIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, with a focus on API and product documentation in English. This role involves collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams to produce high-quality documentation that empowers users and developers.

An ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

* Proven experience in writing API and product documentation in English, with a portfolio of samples demonstrating technical depth and clarity.
* Bachelor's degree in English, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
* Strong understanding of technical concepts, with the ability to explain them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Professional experience in writing Markdown.

Additionally, any of the following qualifications may help a candidate stand out:

* Some experience with programming languages and web technologies, including Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Familiarity with git.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices for online documentation.
Interview Process
After submitting your application, the team reviews your statement of exceptional work and your CV. If your application passes this stage, you will be invited to an onsite which consists of two interviews:
* Exercise on your technical and writing background
* Q&A-style interview about your technical background
