R&D Cloud Operations Engineer

Your Role:

As an R&D Cloud Operations Engineer, you will join a global team (Europe, India, USA) responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of Dassault Syst�s� 3DEXPERIENCE Platform cloud services. You will contribute to designing, automating, and operating cutting-edge infrastructure and deployment systems in a highly dynamic and international environment.

Your Responsibilities:

* Design and implement tools and solutions for managing large-scale, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure and services.
* Participate in the design and deployment of fully automated cloud orchestration systems.
* Operate and make live changes to cloud environments, ensuring 24/7 service availability.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and production issues across global systems.
* Support sovereign and dedicated customer deployments.
* Contribute to the architectural evolution and development processes of cloud services.

Your Qualifications:

* Solid foundation in infrastructure: networking, system architecture, operating systems, web protocols (HTTPS, DNS, proxies), and databases.
* Strong experience with Linux and scripting (Shell, Python).
* Working knowledge of AWS and cloud automation tools (Chef, Puppet).
* Familiarity with monitoring and alerting technologies.
* DevOps mindset with a passion for automation, incident response, and continuous improvement.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
