Planning Manager

You'll be responsible for:
* Directing planning delivery, providing strategic direction aligned to sector, hub and organisational objectives.
* Supporting commercial governance, negotiations and long-term strategy, upholding Mace values and responsible outcomes.
* Enabling high-performing, inclusive teams through collaboration, knowledge sharing and strong stakeholder relationships.
* Developing and integrating robust programmes, reflecting logistics, site constraints and sustainable delivery.
* Coordinating teams, interfaces and reporting, tracking productivity, progress and contractual obligations.
* Embedding health, safety and net zero outcomes within programme planning and execution.
* Engaging clients and stakeholders, managing work plans, deadlines and project requirements.
You'll need to have:
* Working towards professional qualification (e.g. CIOB, APM, PMI).
* Other relevant qualifications specific to local requirements.
* Competency to produce programmes and sequence plans with minimal supervision.
Intermediate software user.
* Ability to provide schedule outputs in a various format to suit the audience/context.
