Overview How You'll Make an Impact We're seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Manager (Accelerate) to play a pivotal role working on Epsilon's Mid-Market Product Accelerate. This is a technical client-facing role in a team that's shaping the future of digital marketing. As a key member of our EMEA Accelerate team, you'll become the regional guide on our suite of pioneering products-supporting clients, driving onboarding excellence, and collaborating across technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions. This is a hybrid role based in our London office. (4 days per week) Responsibilities What You'll Achieve Develop in-depth knowledge of Accelerate products. You will be joining the team that are the experts across Accelerates products and will be the "go-to" person in EMEA. Build strong and positive relationships with internal teams and customers within the EMEA region. Support on client calls, client demos and technical support. Collaborate closely directly with Technical and Product teams to deliver the best tailored solution for our client's problems. Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise workload to ensure a smooth launch of each campaign within the set deadline - prioritisation is key. Optimize and measure effectiveness of the onboarding process for new customers ensuring that the foundation to launch is the best it can be. Work closely with our Quality Assurance team to ensure quality is upheld across all work that you do. Enable other teams to act more autonomously. Support on training material for Sales/Services and present these within the EMEA region. Be the point of contact in EMEA for client issues. Support, optimize and standardize any workflows where you see opportunities to get things done more efficiently. Provide insights on the EMEA market with regards to accountability and resource planning (critical metrics, resources triggers, weekly/QBP reporting). Qualifications Who You Are What you'll bring with you: 1+ years creative/digital role experience 1+ years online marketing and tech experience Solid understanding of HTML and CSS languages (ability to identify and construct CSS selectors). Strong communication and people skills A wizard of multitasking and working under pressure. A good listener and great at taking notes. And keeping notes. And asking the right questions and actioning the responses you receive in a timely manner. A demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
