Cost & Commercial Lead - Retail / Hotel / Leisure Sectors

Responsible for Managing end-to-end service delivery across major, complex commissions, ensuring client objectives are achieved through high-value cost management. Manages cost and commercial consultancy services within the retail, hotels and leisure sector, applying deep sector knowledge to drive performance, strengthen client relationships and ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
You'll be responsible for:
* Delivering feasibility studies, business cases and procurement reports.
* Handling value management and early cost planning.
* Managing procurement, change control and valuations.
* Producing and present monthly cost reports.
* Driving value engineering and lifecycle costing.
* Agreeing final accounts and manage client interfaces.
* Supporting business development across the region.
* Overseeing line management and recruitment.
You'll need to have:
* Proven leadership of high-performing consultancy teams.
* Strong experience delivering and winning work in retail, hotels, leisure and global leisure sectors.
* Skilled in contracts, cost management and financial modelling, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
* Degree and professional membership preferred.
