A Day in the Life
As the (Junior) Product Manager for Redken and Shu Uemura, reporting to the Brand Business Leader, you will be the strategic mind behind the Haircare and Coloration portfolio for our Professional Products Division in Prague. You'll orchestrate impactful launches and build powerful brand equity that resonates in the market.
You will be responsible for the product portfolio, launch orchestration, and brand equity strategy across Haircare and Coloration for Redken and Shu Uemura.
Key Responsibilities:
* Launch & Portfolio Strategy: Define the launch strategy (what to launch & when) and manage the lifecycle of the Haircare and Coloration catalogues.
* Market & Data Analysis: Conduct market evaluation (including CMI) and analyze SI-SO (Sell-In/Sell-Out) to identify growth levers.
* Business Planning & Forecasting: Lead forecasting for Haircare & Coloration and manage BOC for Finished Goods (FG).
* P&L & Profitability: Provide basic P&L overview (profitability monitoring, budget monitoring) in cooperation with the Brand Business Leader (BBL).
* Channel Strategy: Define the overarching strategy for how to develop Direct and E-com channels per territory/SKU.
* Brand Projects: Manage "Special projects" related to brand equity, PR, and brand image.
* Budget Ownership: Manage the Equity A&P budget (e.g., Testers, core media/communication).

We Are Looking For
You are a creative and analytical thinker with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, ready to make a tangible impact. You have a knack for turning consumer insights into effective marketing strategies and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You're a great match if you have:
* Proven experience in a marketing role
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
* Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret market data and drive decision-making.
* A consumer-centric mindset and the ability to understand diverse market dynamics.
* Fluency in English
* either Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian are a plus.
