Job Description SummarySupply Chain Management Expert is responsible for ensuring the availability of the products by coordinating the logistics information and material flow efficiently to meet patient demands. To ensure optimal Customer Service and Inventory levels through strong S&BP process in the CPO.
Job Description
Major accountabilities:
* Provide strong support and involvement in all steps of the S&BP (Sales and Business Planning) process in the organization
* Provide analytical forecasting skills to Supply Chain and Customer Service department and monitor and project the inventory level, identify supply constraints and available manufacturing capacity
* Implementation of global, regional and local product life cycle projects (Launch, Transfer, Pruning, BD&L deals and changes) according to the defined strategy and optimize working capital and costs (write offs) through the maintenance of adequate inventory policies without compromising quality, legal, regulatory, and internal requirements
* Ensure appropriate inventory level through purchase orders management and production supply monitoring; Establish and maintain efficient and productive direct communication with counterparts in the production plants; Consulting with product managers to agree demand plan; Material master management in SAP
* Minimize impact of any stock out situations, backorder management and coordination on required sampling for the marketing and TMO department, Coordination of Business Continuity Plan for warehousing and distribution
* Support CZ Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager & Procurement for W&D related projects (tenders, optimizations); support preparation of reports for the regional NTO in Basel
* Execute and support control activities of the NFCM and support Global Trade Compliance policy implementation applicable for local CPO
* Act as Super User for SAP modules MM and SD, and maintains these modules, support department in implementation of new systems (S4Hana, interfaces with 3rd party); support FMD alert tracking process and responsible for reporting process required by local Health Authority (SÚKL)
Minimum Requirements:
* University education, preferably majoring in Logistics
* Min. 2 years of experience in Supply Chain
* Knowledge of logistics processes and systems, expertise in and respecting right distribution, logistics and stock-out procedures
* Analytical skills, capable of analyzing situations and making business decisions and strong technical background
* Excellent communications and customer service skills
* SAP/ S4 HANA desired
* Fluent English required
