At Prose on Pixels, you'll step into a real role with real responsibilities-not just busywork. As part of our Quality Control & Delivery team, you'll ensure video content for global brands is flawless and ready to go live across platforms and markets. You'll learn how creative content is localized, checked, and delivered at scale, and you'll grow in a fast-paced, international environment full of opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing
By Month 3, you'll be confidently reviewing video assets, spotting visual or audio issues, and prepping files for delivery. You'll get to know our platforms, understand the creative workflows, and learn how to manage basic tasks with precision. You'll start supporting live campaigns and collaborating with post-production and localization teams.
By Month 6, you'll take full ownership of deliveries for smaller or mid-level campaigns, independently running the QC process from file checking to platform submission. You'll juggle multiple projects at once and ensure each asset is technically perfect, on brand, and on time. You'll also help improve how we document and flag issues-and even suggest ways to streamline our workflows.
By Month 12, you'll be the go-to person for quality and delivery on larger, multi-market campaigns. You'll mentor newcomers, troubleshoot urgent issues, and work closely with producers to ensure every localized video rollout goes off without a hitch. Your work will directly impact the success of major brand campaigns around the world.

What Will Challenge You
The pace is fast, the expectations are high, and the margin for error is small. You'll be learning how to navigate technical standards, delivery specs, and multiple review platforms-all while ensuring pixel-perfect results. Mastering the detail without losing sight of deadlines will be your biggest initial learning curve. But you won't be alone-we'll support you every step of the way.

Where You'll Work

You'll join us in our Karlin-based offices in Prague-yoga studio, CrossFit gym, barista-level coffee, and a friendly, international team included. Most of your work will happen on-site so you can learn and grow with us, but we offer flexible work-from-home options, too.
