​Sales​

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities

* Continuous analysis of the brands position, works together with the Brand Manager Team, Sales Team, Head of Trade Marketing to develop plans to ensure Reckitt market share gain and category expansion of dedicated brands
* Contribute to the development of category strategies by using analytical and reporting tools
* In cooperatin with other departments develop, implement and follow up on agreed action plans that are channel or customer specific
* Identify trade needs and opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions based on 4P and ROI analysis
* Collect, manage and transform market & consumer insights into achievable trade plans and trade stories
* Ensure fast listing and distribution gaps closing via compelling tailormade category trade stories
* Planand drive excellent in store execution plan
* Monitor the level of execution and competitors' activities in field during regular store checks
* Support field team with delivering compelling detailing stories and POS materials
* Cooperate with key opinion leaders and health care professionals
* Lead relevant local meetings to ensure strong drive and follow up towards Sales
* Lead execution of specific projects within the context of the agreed strategies to maximize long term sales and profitability

The experience we're looking for

* Bachelor degree
* Min 2-3 years of trade marketing or marketing experience
* Must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential to develop within an FMCG/OTC environment
* Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word knowledge
* Strong commercial awareness and creativity
* Strong sense of urgency and achievement
* Resilient and able to respond under pressure
* Ability to influence
* Strong analytical skills
* Creativity
* Financial skills, P&L understanding
* Fluency in English and CZ/SK languages
