Job Description:
Do you have experience in an administrative role, can you easily create reports in Excel, speak English, and enjoy the field of sales?
What will you be responsible for?
* Managing invoices, obtaining authorization from the accounting team and Key Account Managers for further processing
* Maintaining documentation that serves as the basis for invoicing
* Managing customer contracts and promotional agreements, keeping records of contracts and archiving them
* Collaborating with and supporting Key Account Managers in administrative matters
* Monitoring budgets for promotional activities
* Managing regular reports
* Creating sales analyses
* Ordering samples and communicating with customers
* Updating prices in the internal system
These below criteria are key for us:
* You have experience in a similar position, and knowledge of FMCG is an advantage
* You can work with numbers, have analytical skills, and are able to work with data
* You are highly proficient in Excel
* You enjoy a dynamic environment and being part of a team
* You have a sense of order and organization
* You have a good command of English (B2)
* You want to further develop in the field of sales
