Your Mission

To ensure accurate financial operations and reporting by managing accounting activities, supporting month-end closing, monitoring customer and supplier balances, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Customer overdue monitoring;

* Checking portal clients and following internal flow;

* Setting up prices in SAP;

* E-invoicing operations;

* Good receipt checking and posting the invoicing with service center;

* Checking of outstanding supplier balance;

* Support in month end closing;

* Support in audit reporting and local authorities' control

* Support in monthly reporting;

* Unblocking the supplier' invoices from workflow together with the team;

* Accounting of the expenses report;

Creating assets, assets in progress and monitoring the assets;

* Other financial and controlling tasks requested by the plant controller and chief accountant

* Advance expenses reconciliation / Recognition of prepaid expenses

What You'll Bring

* Higher education in economics

* Minimum 2 years of experience in the economic/financial field

* SAP operating knowledge - a major advantage

* Microsoft Excel - advanced (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

* English language skills - intermediate to advanced

* High attention to detail and data accuracy

* Analytical skills

* Good communication and organizational skills

* Advanced Romanian language skills - mandatory requirement
