Overview Tremend is looking for a proactive Office Administrator to become part of our team of innovative professionals. This is how your day-to-day will go: Provide assistance and performs administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expenses, ordering of equipment and office supplies Maintain office supplies inventory, keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary Collect data from the company departments, maintains different types of relevant databases, drafts reports and presentations for different colleagues Manage the office agenda, the meeting schedules, ensures the observance of meeting schedules, reprograms meetings if necessary Manage the relation with various suppliers Collaborate with the office lead to plan different local events Provides support to all departments of the company Handles correspondence and deliveries Your Skills & Experience: Excellent administrative skills, with particular emphasis on accuracy, priority setting and observing deadlines An enthusiastic attitude with the ability to manage and motivate branch staff Structured, diligent, well-organized, punctual Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail Ability to filter information and assess priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluency in English Availability for part-time and on-site work Additional information Benefits of Working Here: Besides an exciting job in a tremendous team, here's what you can expect: Medical subscription Meal tickets
