About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager - VMware to drive business growth across a defined set of partners and accounts within a specialist technology domain.
You will be responsible for developing vendor business, managing mid-sized accounts, and translating strategic objectives into actionable plans. This role focuses on increasing market share, strengthening relationships, and driving pipeline and revenue growth.

What You'll Do
* Manage and develop mid-size accounts to drive new business and maximise growth
* Increase vendor share of wallet and deliver against revenue targets
* Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and profitability
* Create tailored value propositions aligned to customer business needs
* Drive pipeline development and large deal engagement
* Negotiate deals, pricing, and rebates while supporting commercial strategy
* Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to grow market presence

What We're Looking For
* Experience in the IT industry, ideally in business development, sales, or product marketing
* Good understanding of virtualisation, cloud infrastructure, and VMware solutions
* Experience working with IT vendors (VMware knowledge is a strong plus)
* Proven ability to develop accounts and grow partner relationships
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently in an external-facing role
* Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
* Fluent English and Romanian
